I got a call this morning from the eye doctor's office. My new contacts were in! Woo hoo! After three months of waiting, I woudl finally be able to see out of my left eye.

After lunch I went to pick them up. I tried the new lens in my left and... it hurt. I thought maybe since I hadn't worn a lens in the eye for three months it woudl feel better in a few minutes. Nope. Still hurt after 30 minutes.

My regular doctor wasn't there, so I'll have to go back on WEdnesday to see what the problem is now.

I don't want to wait another 3 months while they try to make me a new lens.
