God just didnt want the Barber brothers to be featured head to head. Ronde would end up tackling his brother a yard short of the game winning TD and that would just be ugly. Like that long snapper's snap (at least he said he fucked up!) and the Visa commercial with that unbelievably dumb joke "it still could be you!". Besides, I would love to see Gruden and Sapp punk some SF-whinny TO punkass be-awch booty in Tampa.

Don't blame Trey...the Giants screwed up in at least a half dozen other places prior to that kick. Too bad too...I was looking forward to another week of SHOCKEY! SHOCKEY! SHOCKEY!

Shockey is the perfect U. of Miami player: Loud, cocky, obnoxious, talented, but not quite as good as he thinks he is...

But then there's Owens... Ugh... He's beginning to make Keyshawn Johnson seem humble.

Between Shockey & Owens, there's a reassuring lesson for all of us: when it comes to being a jackass, race doesn't matter.

But yeah, the Giants got screwed. Then again, they should have never let the 49ers rally back from 38-14... Defense wins championships. And really, I think the outcome only meant that the G-Men got eliminated a week earlier...

Shockey seems to me to be a bit more "team oriented" than Owens. I do know that I normally wouldn't care 1 bit about the Giants otherwise, so the antics are definitely having some sort of (albeit polarizing) effect on football fans.

Is anyone as tired of race becoming an issue in the NFL, as I am? Owens is black and Shockey is white. Owens allegedly receives more critisism for being an ass than Shockey. What a load of crap. They're both cancers to their teams. Screw the race thing. Let's play football and quit beating a dead horse.

Jeremy Shockey needs to have his ass kicked. There's nothing wrong with being a talented TE who puts a lick on a defender for shits and giggles. But throwing ice in the stands at the fans? Flipping people off on the field? What the hell is wrong with this guy? He has no class and hes a big damn winey baby. What a testament for spanking our kids. Shockey needed to be caned. What would true football greats that played for the love of the game think of this guy?
